Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 

At Femmora Candles, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unburnt, and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging and accessories

Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund / Exchange

Products purchased from Femmora Candles’ official website are eligible only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product received in a damaged or broken condition*

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing items in the package

Note: This policy applies only to purchases made through Femmora Candles’ official online platforms.

Damaged or Broken Products*

If you receive a damaged or broken product:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange, even if they fall within the 3-day return window.

Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • Approved returns will be picked up by our logistics partner

  • Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the bank/account details provided in the form

  • Refunds are completed within 7 days from approval

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges and gift-wrapping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds are applicable only on regular-priced items


Late or Missing Refunds

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:
